- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Through the Years I have struggled with many Problems...be it physically or Health wise Which I now know can all be related back to Exercise, Diet and supplements. I have suffered from fatigue for many years, a large weight gain after having 2 children and aswell as a Skin condition called Psroiasis... Since following the Nutritional Advice and exercise tips from Mikyla, along with getting me onto Usana products (Essientials and Flax Seed Oil) I am a changed person!!!! I have lost in total 22 kgs! I can go through a whole day without feeling tierd and run down. I can last a whole 90 mins of Football and still come away with energy, and with having a demanding job that requires me to be on my feet for up to 11 hours a day, I have energy to burn! And the biggest Improvement has been the Psroiasis!! I have suffered from this condition for 14 years and have been to many Skin Specialist and tried every product under the sun!! But... Since being on Usana and watching my diet I am no longer a chronic sufferer... For the first time in 13 yrs my skin is the clearest it has ever been. The advice from Mikyla worked in with my lifestyle and didnt see changes to the extreme. I found her to be very commited to my needs and was always there when I needed her!
